Edmonton Recruiters associations with green energy organizations

We have partnered with some of the most esteemed green energy companies globally to help them secure the talent necessary for driving innovation and growth.
Here are a few of the projects we've contributed to:

China's government has committed to fulfilling the objectives of the Paris Climate Change Accord and has announced plans to invest $360 billion in green energy sources by 2020, with the aim of generating 13 million jobs in the process.
The goal is for China to derive 20% of its power from green sources by 2030. However, currently, solar energy only accounts for 1% of the current demand. To boost this figure, China is leveraging its expansive deserts, which encompass approximately 20% of the country's landmass.
Edmonton Recruiters collaborated with the Chinese Government to offer talent acquisition services for clean energy initiatives. This involved contract recruitment for various roles including HV cabling, substation, project management teams, and archaeological positions.
Additionally, we assisted in talent acquisition for landowner and third-party crossings, project services, document control, and contract management.

The plants use a power-tower concentrated solar system developed by BrightSource. Rings of software-controlled mirrors reflect sunlight to a 459-foot tower that sits in the center. This concentrated sunlight heats water stored at the top of the tower to create steam.

From there the system works like a traditional power plant. The steam is piped from the boiler to turn a turbine and generate electricity. Transmission lines then carry the power to over 140,000 homes each year throughout California.

Edmonton Recruiters aided in sourcing top professionals in this solar energy project for a range of positions, such as project management, project engineering, offshore construction, and management.
